الاسترجاع:
– يمكنك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
– يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي حالته الأصلية، ومغلفاً كما استلمته.
– غير قابلة للاسترجاع: المنتجات المفتوحة، المستحضرات الصحية أو التجميلية المستخدمة، أو المنتجات المخصصة حسب الطلب.
الاسترداد:
– بمجرد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم إعلامك بقبول أو رفض طلب الاسترداد.
– يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمتها عند الشراء خلال فترة تتراوح بين 5-10 أيام عمل.
– تكاليف الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفاً أو به خطأ من جانبنا.
الاستبدال:
– يمكن استبدال المنتج بآخر إذا كان به عيب مصنعي أو تم إرساله بالخطأ.
